This workshop will introduce you to the intertidal ecology and oceanography of the Oregon Coast, and teach you safe and sustainable harvest methods of mussels. All participants must have a shellfish permit prior to class.

Head on over to Newport to explore the rocky shores with marine biologist and seaweed farmer, Alanna Kieffer of Shifting Tides & Oregon Seaweed.
