The decor, alone, is reason enough to stop in. We have a locker from a sunken ship, an American flag that was flown over the US Capitol building in Washington, DC, the ship wheel from the historic Chelsea Rose, as well as many other West Coast and Pacific Northwest artifacts.

Growing up around retail, I always said I would never make a career of it. Yet, here I am. And you know what? I couldn't ask for a more enriching and challenging career. Childish Tendencies was born when I kept finding amazing products that didn't tie into my mom's existing store, Wind Drift Gallery . A few years later, an opportunity presented itself and we rolled with it. In two weeks' time, we found ourselves with our second shop-baby. Here we are---six years, one dog, two kids, and another store later---attempting something new: launching a website because our wonderful customers keep asking for one.
