About the Firework Show

Newport’s annual fireworks show returns to Yaquina Bay, lighting up the night sky over the water. With the working waterfront, open bay, and the Yaquina Bay Bridge as a backdrop, this show is visible from many spots around town, creating a family-friendly celebration with a truly unique coastal feel.

You don’t need a ticket. Just find your spot, settle in, and enjoy the show.

A Few Simple Tips:

  • Bring layers or a blanket. Coastal evenings cool off quickly

  • Pack low chairs or a towel to sit on

  • Pick up a local snacky goodness before you settle in
